Effective July 12, 2026. These terms apply to Foam Party MKE rental bookings, payments, delivery, setup, and use of rented equipment.
A booking request is not confirmed until checkout is completed and Foam Party MKE accepts the reservation. Bookings must be made at least one week in advance. Foam Party MKE books one rental per day and may decline, cancel, or reschedule bookings that cannot be safely or reasonably serviced.
Delivery is offered within 25 miles of Menomonee Falls. Addresses close to the edge of the service area may require manual review. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
Checkout collects the base rental package, any extra machine time, any extra foam gel, and a refundable damage deposit through Square payment processing. The damage deposit may be refunded after pickup and check-in if the machine, accessories, and rental equipment are returned without damage beyond normal use.
Customers are responsible for adult supervision, safe site conditions, guest behavior, access to the setup location, and following Foam Party MKE setup and use directions. Foam, water, and outdoor surfaces can be slippery.
The event site should have a suitable outdoor area, access to water, access to grounded power when required, and room for safe setup and pickup. Foam Party MKE may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
The signer of the booking waiver acknowledges the risks connected with foam, water, outdoor play, and rented equipment, and agrees not to hold Foam Party MKE responsible for injury, property damage, cleanup costs, or other losses except where prohibited by law.
Foam parties are outdoor events. Unsafe weather, high winds, lightning, poor site conditions, or other hazards may require delay, rescheduling, or cancellation.
Foam Party MKE may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to bookings made after the posted effective date.
